Bella Donna Hotel - Chisinau

The whole hotel was clean and the staff was extraordinarily friendly. We got a room with beautiful decor and a clean bathroom for relaxation. The breakfast was exceptionally nice. The location was good - really close to public transport and the airport, furthermore, near the city center.

Closed to center. Wi fi.

Very very cold. I used ac and a heating machine, but not enough (-22 D. celsius). Realy poor breackfast.Unfreandly

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was comfortable and had FAVOURABLE location close to the War memorial which is a must see as well as restaurants and cafes. The room was cheap, provided with terrace and separate mattresses and twin bed. The decor was comfortable.

The hotel had a good location, with cafes, restaurants, and a hypermarket nearby. It was also simple and cheap, which was a bonus. the staff were mostly nice and helpful, and the manager tried to solve any issues we had.

There were some negatives during our stay. We had problems with the room, such as a wavy bed and a TV that didn't connect.

Staff were really friendly and made every effort to assist during our stay, even cooking us an omlett at 3.00am!! You could not fault their enthusiastic nature and commitment to making the stay as good as they possibly could.

Building was a bit tired!! There had been some attempts at improvement/refurbishment but these were minimal. Room was basic, not much hot water (had two cold showers) and the curtains didn't cover the window so an early wakening from the sun in the morning!!

It was well-designed, clean and with terrace. The breakfast offered plenty of options and was nice. The staff were brilliantly friendly and supper friendly and knew how to help...

The hotel was comfy and had stylish rooms. The location was central, close to supermarkets, money exchange, town center sights, parks. The staff was absolutely charming and available all the time.

Great location with helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, good Wi-Fi connection, early breakfast available upon request, close to mall and restaurants, quiet at night.

This place has a great and peaceful location near Piata Centrala and just a 20-minute walk to downtown, and it's conveniently close to a tram station.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Chisinau. the location was perfect - close to the city center and the War memorial, which is a must-see. It was also conveniently situated near the biggest mall in Chisinau, making it easy to do some shopping. The staff was friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, with basic amenities and even a terrace. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which had a nice variety of options and satisfied my appetite each morning.

Despite a few minor issues, my overall experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Chisinau and I must say it was a great experience. the hotel provided excellent value for money. The prices were very reasonable and affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and service provided. The location of the hotel was also a major plus point. It was close to everything, including the biggest mall in Kisinau, the main bus station, and the bustling Main Street. In fact, I found it very convenient to get around as the hotel was also close enough to town, easily accessible via tram.

My stay at this hotel was perfect and I couldn't find any major issues.
